Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 2- 5 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Damages: Items that are damaged in transit or are received in damaged condition should be reported to Eve Zone customer Service team within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to report in 2 business days will result in non eligibility for return or refund.
  • Incorrect Ordering: Incorrect item(s) purchased will need to be reported to the Eve Zone Customer Service Team via email  within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Return freight charge plus Restocking Fee of $25 (ex GST) or 5% of the total value of the returned products (Whichever is greater) will be charged. Returned items will need to be undamaged and un-used/un-open.
  • Incorrect Items Supplied: In case of incorrect products supplied by Eve Zone, please report it to the customer service team within in 5 business days. Eve Zone will be liable for all the expenses incurred to organise and replace the order with correct products.

 

Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service via email & Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  3. Packaging: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that are damaged or have missing parts may be subject to a partial refund.
  • Restocking Fees and Return Freight Charges: As mentioned in the Returns terms, Restocking Fees and Return Freight Charges may be applicable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/colour, please follow the return process and place a new order. Restocking fees, return freight charges, and shipping charge may apply.
